Hearst Magazines appoints President of Digital Media

Hearst Magazines President David Carey has announced Troy Young as president of Hearst Magazines Digital Media in the US.

Young, who has 20 years experience in digital publishing and advertising, is to oversee the digital content, technology, operations, product and business development strategies for 26 online brands, including Cosmopolitan, ELLE and Esquire.
